Chicken Wild Rice Salad

This is a great fresh tasting salad with sweet, savory, and salty all mixed into one.

This is a nice summer side dish or I even enjoy a large helping as a main dish for my lunches!

This salad mixes a nice medley of summer flavors into one with a touch of saltyness. I highly recommend!

Recipe Notes

  • This salad does freeze well however keep in mind the apples may brown slightly.  They still taste great - just might not look as fresh.
