Instructions
  1. Make the DAY OF event and right before serving:
  2. Cook pasta, drain and RINSE in COLD water then drain. I made the pasta in two batches, one per box. 
  3. Chop red pepper and pepperoni to size
Make Italian Dressing
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid, I used a 1 cup Pyrex container. Shake well to combine.
  2. Combine 2 tbsp of the Italian Dressing Mix to 1/2 cup vinegar and 2/3 cup oil in a dressing container or mason jar. Shake or stir well to combine. There will be some additional Italian Dressing Mix leftover.
