Green Bean and Ham Saute (AIP)

Instructions
  1. Coat the bottom of skillet with olive oil. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Add green beans. Drizzle more olive oil over the beans. Season with salt.
  3. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add mushrooms and onion and continue to saute for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season again.
  5. Add ham to the pan. Saute for an additional 5 minutes or until the ham is warm and the vegetables are soft.
  6. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes
  • Asparagus can be substituted for the green beans.
