- 1tbsp Arrowroot Starch/Flour
- 1tsp Sea Salt
- 1tsp Dried Oregano
- 1tsp Dried Rosemary
- 2tbsp Olive Oil
- 2large Egg(s)room temperature
- 1/4cup Coconut Milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the tapioca flour, arrowroot starch, sea salt, oregano, and rosemary.
- Crack the eggs into a separate bowl whip the eggs.
- Add the eggs, oil, and coconut milk to the dry ingredients.
- Mix with a spoon, then switch to working the dough together with your hands.
- If the dough is a bit dry, add water one teaspoon at a time. The dough shouldn’t stick to your hands, but also shouldn’t be crumbly or dry.
- Work the dough into a smooth ball. Then place onto a pizza pan / baking sheet.
- Start working the dough out into a pizza shape. Work from the center of the dough ball with the palm of your hand, working around the crust in a circle pushing outwards. Make the curst a smooth even thickness, leaving a slightly taller/thicker outer edge/crust.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
- Take the crust out of the oven and top with your favorite toppings.
- Bake for an additional 7-10 minutes until the pizza is cooked through.
