Sweet Asian Pork Stir Fry (AIP)
Pork chunks with vegetables and a punch of sweetness from pineapple served over rice. This recipe is a homemade dish that will take away your desire to go to a Chinese restaurant.

Ingredients
- 1cup White Ricecooked
- 1lb Boneless Pork Chops1″ cubes
- 1/2 Red OnionChopped
- 3cloves GarlicSliced
- 2cups Pineapple1″ cubes
- 4 CarrotsSliced diagonially
- 1cup MushroomsChopped
- 1head BroccoliChopped
- 1tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4tsp Cloves
- 1/2tsp Dried Thyme
Instructions
- Cook rice.
- While rice is cooking, brown the pork in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once pork has cooked through, add in the onion and carrots. Saute for 5 minutes. Add in spices.
- Add the pineapple. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, garlic, mushrooms, and coconut aminos and cook until the broccoli and mushrooms are soft.
- Serve the pork mixture over the rice.
