Asparagus Sautee (AIP)

  1. Over medium heat, coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil. Add the asparagus and drizzle with a bit more olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt. Sautee for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots and another sprinkle of salt. Sautee for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and continue to sautee until the mushrooms are golden brown.
