Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Pulled Pork cooked
  • 2 cups Wild Rice cooked (3/4 cup uncooked)
  • 2.5 ounces Pecans chopped
  • 16 ounces Green Beans french cut
  • 6 Green Onions sliced
  • 10 ounces Craisins
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Peppercorn

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients except the pork into a baking dish.
  • Layer pork on top.
  • Bake at 350° or 15 minutes until heated through.
