We hosted a birthday party for my son the other day (can’t believe he’s 2 years old already!). We wanted a simple appetizer spread for our guests to enjoy. So I threw together these fun finger/fork bacon wrapped chicken poppers. They are easy to eat in just a few bites, so no knives are needed!
The best part is they have bacon on them. Who doesn’t love bacon! So the amazing flavor of bacon wrapped around a bite of chicken breast, paired with the perfect touch of seasoning turns these little bites into a great crowd pleaser!
They are prefect right out of the oven as a fun kids meal in the evening, or toss them into a crock pot set to keep warm and you are all set for a party setting. They stay at the prefect temperature in the crock pot for the entire party – not burning not but yet still food safe!
