Ingredients

  • 3 Roma Tomatos chopped
  • 1/2 Red Onion chopped
  • 1/4 Green Pepper chopped
  • 1 JalapeƱo diced, optional
  • 3 cloves Garlic diced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 Lime juice, squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Peppercorn

Instructions

  • Chop or dice the ingredients and toss into a bowl.
  • Add black pepper to taste.
  • Stir together and place in the refrigerator to chill. I prefer to let it chill overnight.
