Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 tbsp Arrowroot Starch/Flour
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the tapioca flour, arrowroot starch, sea salt, oregano, and rosemary.
  • Crack the eggs into a separate bowl whip the eggs.
  • Add the eggs, oil, and coconut milk to the dry ingredients.
  • Mix with a spoon, then switch to working the dough together with your hands.
  • If the dough is a bit dry, add water one teaspoon at a time. The dough shouldn't stick to your hands, but also shouldn't be crumbly or dry.
  • Work the dough into a smooth ball. Then place onto a pizza pan / baking sheet.
  • Start working the dough out into a pizza shape. Work from the center of the dough ball with the palm of your hand, working around the crust in a circle pushing outwards. Make the curst a smooth even thickness, leaving a slightly taller/thicker outer edge/crust.
  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
  • Take the crust out of the oven and top with your favorite toppings.
  • Bake for an additional 7-10 minutes until the pizza is cooked through.
