Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Rice cooked
  • 1 lb Boneless Pork Chops 1" cubes
  • 1/2 Red Onion Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Sliced
  • 2 cups Pineapple 1" cubes
  • 4 Carrots Sliced diagonially
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Chopped
  • 1 head Broccoli Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions

  • Cook rice.
  • While rice is cooking, brown the pork in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Once pork has cooked through, add in the onion and carrots. Saute for 5 minutes. Add in spices.
  • Add the pineapple. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli, garlic, mushrooms, and coconut aminos and cook until the broccoli and mushrooms are soft.
  • Serve the pork mixture over the rice.
