1lbBoneless Pork Chops1" cubes
1/2Red OnionChopped
3clovesGarlicSliced
2cupsPineapple1" cubes
4CarrotsSliced diagonially
1cupMushroomsChopped
1headBroccoliChopped
1tbspCoconut Aminos

Instructions
Cook rice.
While rice is cooking, brown the pork in a large skillet over medium heat.
Once pork has cooked through, add in the onion and carrots. Saute for 5 minutes. Add in spices.
Add the pineapple. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the broccoli, garlic, mushrooms, and coconut aminos and cook until the broccoli and mushrooms are soft.
