Asparagus Sautee (AIP)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Asparagus cut in half
- 8 medium Carrots cut diagonally
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Over medium heat, coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil. Add the asparagus and drizzle with a bit more olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt. Sautee for 5 minutes.
- Add the carrots and another sprinkle of salt. Sautee for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and continue to sautee until the mushrooms are golden brown.
